Senior service desk engineer

If you’re wanting to grow your IT skill set, there’s no better opportunity than a medium sized MSP (Managed Services Provider). Our Senior Service Desk Engineers take responsibility for level 2 and 3 issues across all technologies, allowing you to increase your exposure across server and networking technologies. We also have a Service Delivery Coordinator that looks after answering phones and managing tickets, leaving our techs to do what they do best – tech work! We do require our Senior Service Desk Engineers to have experience in desktop/server administration and support, however, if you don’t have this experience not to worry, check out our Junior Service Desk position.
