Even though we’ve been in operation for more than 17 years, Centrix still manages our very first client and we have retained many staff members during that time, too.

In an industry with considerable client and staff churn, not having to deal with turnover makes a huge difference to how we all feel going to work each day. Centrix’s team members are just as much a working part of our client organisations as their own team members.

Eddie and Peter, Centrix’s founders, are deeply committed to developing all team members’ skill sets. Not just so we can provide the best possible service to our clients, but also ensure everyone is at the top of their game personally and professionally.

Each of our staff are encouraged to undertake additional professional development training each year – in addition to any external professional studies they may still be involved in. We find that this is the only way to stay up to date in an industry where the only certainty is change.
