Longevity

Even though we’ve been in operation for more than 17 years, Centrix still manages our very first client and we have retained many staff members during that time, too.

In an industry with considerable client and staff churn, not having to deal with turnover makes a huge difference to how we all feel going to work each day. Centrix’s team members are just as much a working part of our client organisations as their own team members.

Mentoring and Ongoing Training

Eddie and Peter, Centrix’s founders, are deeply committed to developing all team members’ skill sets. Not just so we can provide the best possible service to our clients, but also ensure everyone is at the top of their game personally and professionally.

JUNIOR SERVICE DESK ENGINEER

If you're wanting to grow your IT skill set, there’s no better opportunity than an MSP (Managed Services Provider). Centrix looks after hundreds of businesses IT needs, each one with different solutions, platforms and infrastructure. Learn something new every day and increase your exposure by working on multiple clients infrastructure. We do require our Junior Service Desk Engineers to have experience in desktop support and basic server administration/troubleshooting, however, if you don’t have this experience not to worry – check out our IT Traineeship Program.

SENIOR SERVICE DESK ENGINEER
If you’re wanting to grow your IT skill set, there’s no better opportunity than a medium sized MSP (Managed Services Provider). Our Senior Service Desk Engineers take responsibility for level 2 and 3 issues across all technologies, allowing you to increase your exposure across server and networking technologies. We also have a Service Delivery Coordinator that looks after answering phones and managing tickets, leaving our techs to do what they do best – tech work! We do require our Senior Service Desk Engineers to have experience in desktop/server administration and support, however, if you don’t have this experience not to worry, check out our Junior Service Desk position.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Do you have experience in the IT industry and love the challenge of finding new business, meeting new people and problem-solving? Perhaps you’re an Engineer wanting to move away from the tech side of things or a sales administrator wanting to progress your career? Our Business Development Managers enjoy the finer things in life like ‘grabbing a coffee with a potential new client’ and ‘negotiating an agreement over lunch’. 

IT TRAINEESHIP PROGRAM
Do you have a passion for technology and want to start your career in the IT industry? We know how hard it is to get your foot in the door, so we have established an IT Traineeship Program for those wanting to start their career, however, have limited hands-on experience. Our Traineeship Program is tried and tested and has seen many employees progress from an IT Trainee to a Service Desk Engineer and Onsite IT Support Engineer.
ONSITE IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

If you’re currently in a Service Desk or Internal IT position, handling level 1, 2 and 3 issues and are wanting to take your career to the next level, chat to us regarding our Onsite System Administrator positions. Our Onsite System Administrators take responsibility for their client’s infrastructure by completing System Administration and preventative maintenance tasks, resolving escalated tickets from our Service Desk and assisting with projects.
