As a service business our clients rely on us to ensure that their IT systems are running as smoothly and efficiently as possible, so it makes sense for us to measure Customer Satisfaction.

A key service we provide is our Service Desk and we’re delighted with the performance of our helpful Service Desk team who have achieved a satisfaction rate in January of 99.17%

Whilst we’ve always taken pride in the quality of our work, these results are one great example of the continuous effort our team makes in making sure we provide the best possible service.

It’s great to know we are truly delivering on one of our core values – “Customer Love”.
