2 x Helpdesk Technicians


Position Summary:

We are currently looking for two Helpdesk Technicians to join our team. Reporting to Service Manager, you will join a team delivery responsible for delivering support and system administration services to a variety of clients, with a mix of proactive and reactive support, as well as involvement in systems and server installations and upgrades. You must be passionate about the IT industry and enjoy finding solutions to problems, working as part of a team and communicating with others. You would describe yourself as organised, career orientated, with an attention to detail that allows you to produce high quality work, consistently.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing helpdesk assistance and support to our clients’ users
  • Troubleshoot incidents ranging from basic to more complex issues
  • Resolve technical problems through defined escalation process
  • Maintain analysis of user problems and requests within ticketing system
  • Maintain accurate IT documentation and records

Required attributes:

  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Team player and ability to work under pressure and deal with multiple tasks

Required certificates and experience:

  • Minimum MCP, MTA or MCSA
  • Minimum 2 years’ commercial experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of a wide range of key technologies such as Desktop Administration, Microsoft Server, Office 365, visualisation and networking
